Our Services

Preparing to sell a home can be very emotional and sometimes traumatic experience for many. Clean Line Interiors offers a variety of services customized to your needs and budget, whether selling a home, moving into a new one, or need guidance finding new home furnishings or accessories – we’re here to help. We understand that our clients are unique, as such we work WITH you to put together a personalized plan that will get your home sold quickly and for more money.

Consultations - $150 for up to 2 hours
If you like to do things yourself but need a bit of guidance on furniture and accessory arrangement, what updates to make first in order to sell your home quickly, or what you can do to stage the property yourself then a home staging consultation is the perfect choice for you! We’ll meet you at the home, conduct a walk-thru as a buyer would and make comprehensive interior/exterior recommendations on what needs to be done to prepare your home for sale. After this consultation, you may either chose to do all of the work  yourself or we’ll be happy to discuss additional service options with you.

Customized Home Makeover Report – start at $150 (or .15 cents/sf)
This report includes results of the consultation and detail our recommendations that provide you with a blueprint to stage the home yourself! Typically our Home Makeover Reports are 10+ pages in length depending on the size of your home; the pdf document will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your consultation.

Occupied Staging

After your consultation, we return to your home once the pre-staging recommendations you chose to do have been completed. Utilizing what you currently have, we will enhance, edit, and re-arrange your existing furniture and accessories to showcase your space for optimal buyer appeal. Should your home need additional furniture, accessories or both – we will be happy to discuss those options also. Rest assured that whatever your staging needs and budget, we will be able to help!  This service includes great photos for your Realtor’s marketing efforts.

Depending on your specific needs and budget, this service is available in half-day and full-day packages. Because each home is different, please call us for a quote.

New Listing / Open House Staging Weekend
Want to make a great first impression with potential buyers right from the start? If you answered yes, this service is perfect for you. It is for homes soon to be listed and holding their first (and hopefully only) Open House. We will spend two full days doing our magic transform the home into a buyer’s dream, so that those same buyers are lining up to put in their offers. This service includes great photos for your Realtor’s marketing efforts.

Shopping Service / Material Selection & Sourcing
We work closely with our clients to create a budget to shop for furniture and accessories that will serve as investments to help sell their homes. The biggest benefit of this service is that they get to take these items with them to their new home when they move.

We also work closely with home owners and investors currently planning remodeling and renovation projects, and need assistance to select the most appropriate and cost effective finishes and materials for those projects.
